We would like to introduce you to an assortment of our exquisite cheese products. Delcasaro Thailand is a medium sized factory which specializes in producing fresh cheeses daily. Our products had been certified from the Food and Drug Administration in Thailand and also from Hallal organization.
Customers can be sure of quality as we produce with daily fresh whole cow milk. Furthermore we use ingredients which are natural and great for those who are vegetarian; there are no ingredients of animal fat or preservatives. We serve to a variety of customer bases, ranging from five star hotels to high end restaurants in Thailand.
We constantly seek to accommodate the needs of our customers with convenience and reliability. To do so we operate a cold storage room located in Bangkok which will ensure our cheeses freshness and also shorten delivery times. We do our deliveries twice a week depends on your convenience.
Our product line includes Mozzarella for pizza, Fresh Mozzarella in water (Bocconcini) with a variety of sizes, Ricotta, Ricotta smoked, Feta cheese, Scamorza, Scamorza smoked, Italico (aged for 2 months), Italico Light with Herbs (good with crackers), and Mascarpone cheese.
