Our products are Italian cheeses traditional style varies from semi-mature to matured cheese and cream. All are made of local cow milk for example, Mozzarella for pizza, Fresh mozzarella in water, ricotta mascarpone cheese and many more. People may misunderstood that cheese may be high in fat but really during the procedure of making cheese the fat in milk would be drained out with the whey what is left is mainly protein and calcium. Therefore consuming cheese is not fattening as many people think it is plus it is a great source of nutrition. We concentrate on making a traditional style cheese, chefs that tried our cheese mostly impress with the quality and how fresh it is.
