Established in year 2000, Del Casaro (Thailand) specializes in producing fresh Italian cheese such as Mozzarella, Ricotta, Mascarpone, Bocconcini. We are conveniently located in Hua Hin, Prachuab Khiri-Khan province. Respectful of old Italian traditions, Del Casaro successfully merged today’s advance technology together with traditional methods of cheese making to ensure of delivering the highest quality lines of products that are hygienically produced with awards from certified institutions. All of our products are produced from pasteurized cow milk and microbial rennet which also make the products vegetarian friendly. The end result are cheeses with the qualities of how they are made in Italy.

Del Casaro Cheese production facility is situated in Hua Hin, Prachuab Khiri-Khan province, where it was discovered that many dairy co-operatives in the area producing high quality milk – the most important ingredient for the art of making cheeses. As we highly commit to the quality of our products and to supporting local economies and communities, only fresh and high quality milk from the dairy co-operatives under the Royal Initiative Projects is selected in making our cheeses.
